Is your dog incontinent?

These beds are designed for dogs that are temporarily, occasionally or severely incontinent.

If you are coping with a dog that has faecal or urinary incontinence these beds are ideal.

Waterproof, wipe clean covers

They are totally waterproof and the seams are thermally welded, not sewn, so the beds are completely sealed. The cover fabric is wipe clean and antibacterial. It will also take medical grade disinfection. No need to wash covers regularly.

The core of the bed comprises of our Active Recovery® pressure relief cushion, ideal for older dogs, those who need to be recumbent post-operatively or who are undergoing crate rest. This comprises of a high density foam base for support and a castellated foam top for comfort and pressure relief. We use the CoolComfort option in this bed. View this page if you want to read more about the Active Recovery® range.

Please note, these beds are only available in Royal Blue. Vet fleeces are charcoal grey.

Add a vet fleece loop to absorb frequent accidents

If your dog is very frequently having accidents, a vet fleece loop may be necessary as it will wick away fluids and help keep him or her dry. The loop is preferable to laying a piece of vet fleece on top as it stays in place and does not wrinkle or present a trip hazard. The Vet Fleece Loop is just slipped over the bed and comprises vet fleece on the top side and a tough polyester with a little stretch on the underside. It may be washed at 90oC. Why not buy two loops so there is always one ready while the other is in the wash.

When a dog's condition is temporary, you can later add one of our standard covers to the bed so it can match your colour scheme.

Available in standard and bespoke sizes

Our incontinence beds are available in our standard sizes and bespoke to fit crates or specific spaces. Because this type of bed is generally required at short notice, they are available only with royal blue covers and grey vet fleece which allows us to hold stock.

Dispatch of beds

All our beds are made to order. This is how we are able to offer such a large number of sizes and colours.

We aim to dispatch your bed within 14 days of order, and usually manage to do it sooner. If the colour of fabric is not available in that timeframe, we will alert you to the delay and you can opt to change the colour you have selected.

Bespoke beds will generally take four to six weeks. This is because we have to order the bespoke size of foam which can take some time to arrive.

Shipping

We charge for shipping. There is no such thing as free shipping - it is either declared openly as we do, or its cost is hidden in the price you are paying for the item you are buying. The price of shipping depends on the size of the item ordered. Typically a bed shipped within mainland UK will cost £15-18. We use FedEx as they are reliable and are willing to handle our bulky products.

For small items under 2kgs we use Royal Mail next day tracked service. Unfortunately, this is not guaranteed to be a next day delivery. Orders placed before 12 noon will go out the same day.
