Did the job

Perfect for my large, arthritic old dog. Excellent, just right, support without being too high for her to step on and with smart, comfortable cover. First class, over and above, customer service.

Works well to help my dog get up the back step. Having not properly read the measurements it is not as deep as it could be but you can add more quite easily. Being not too high meant my dog used it straight away rather than trying to avoid it.

As this was a quite expensive purchase i did message with customer services quite a lot, they were extremely helpful and gave great advice, when the bed arrived i was very pleased with it, Misty my staffy was a little unsure at first but within a couple of hours she was snoozing and looked very comfortable, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend highly

A really good orthopaedic bed for our poor old Lab, with OA but who still likes to swim in the sea. Hard wearing, waterproof and very soft/supportive with the proper foam for OA. Can't recommend it strongly enough.

Op table mattress been in use 5 years. Love it. Is very comfortable for the elderly. Easy positioning for abdominal surgery as it yields under body weight. Has kept its shape and density perfectly.

We chose this bed as the size fitted perfectly in a space in our new kitchen . It is firm and comfortable and our dog is very happy with it. Good range of colours too.

We've been using the bigdogbeds in our rescue van for well over 7 years and have now ordered more as they are just showing some minor perishing, although all the welded seams are still perfect. These beds have had hundreds of dogs on them, they've coped with chewing/digging/scratching/sick/wee and poop but come up like new with a wash down in soapy water and a disinfectant wipe over. They have never lost their shape or density and are appreciated for their comfort, especially by the oldies we've helped over the years.
I can't rate these beds highly enough, they have been waterproof throughout, are light and easy to move and are well worth the price. A fabulous company to deal with and a really terrific robust, comfortable dog bed!

It’s definitely a dog bed

I first came across your mats spending three days sitting/kneeling/lying on one with my dog in vet hospital. (He’s fine fully back in work). I can confidently say the bed was the best thing about that experience. I now have three, my dogs love them. They’re so easy to wipe down, they don’t slide. My old arthritic dog gets up much more easily than he has from any other beds.
No hesitation on recommending anyone spend their money on them.

The help and advice I was given was first class, this important as I had already returned several other beds that he refused to sleep on

It has been almost a year since I bought this bed from you and I have been meaning to send you a photo.

I hope you like this one - it really sums up just how comfortable he is on his bed. It’s loaded with his cool mat, sheepskins and toys, but the support he gets from the bed makes so much difference.

We have bought so many dog beds over the years trying to find the best. I think we have now found it!

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending you or buying from you again.
