Perfect for my large

Perfect for my large, arthritic old dog. Excellent, just right, support without being too high for her to step on and with smart, comfortable cover. First class, over and above, customer service.

Useful on back door step

Works well to help my dog get up the back step. Having not properly read the measurements it is not as deep as it could be but you can add more quite easily. Being not too high meant my dog used it straight away rather than trying to avoid it.

As this was a quite expensive purchase i did message with customer services quite a lot, they were extremely helpful and gave great advice, when the bed arrived i was very pleased with it, Misty my staffy was a little unsure at first but within a couple of hours she was snoozing and looked very comfortable, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend highly

EXCELLENT DOG BED - OLD WET DOGS IN CAR BOOT

A really good orthopaedic bed for our poor old Lab, with OA but who still likes to swim in the sea. Hard wearing, waterproof and very soft/supportive with the proper foam for OA. Can't recommend it strongly enough.

Custom-made op table mattress - fabulous

Op table mattress been in use 5 years. Love it. Is very comfortable for the elderly. Easy positioning for abdominal surgery as it yields under body weight. Has kept its shape and density perfectly.

Excellent bed

We chose this bed as the size fitted perfectly in a space in our new kitchen . It is firm and comfortable and our dog is very happy with it. Good range of colours too.

The best beds ever!

We've been using the bigdogbeds in our rescue van for well over 7 years and have now ordered more as they are just showing some minor perishing, although all the welded seams are still perfect. These beds have had hundreds of dogs on them, they've coped with chewing/digging/scratching/sick/wee and poop but come up like new with a wash down in soapy water and a disinfectant wipe over. They have never lost their shape or density and are appreciated for their comfort, especially by the oldies we've helped over the years.
I can't rate these beds highly enough, they have been waterproof throughout, are light and easy to move and are well worth the price. A fabulous company to deal with and a really terrific robust, comfortable dog bed!

So Comfortable

I first came across your mats spending three days sitting/kneeling/lying on one with my dog in vet hospital. (He’s fine fully back in work). I can confidently say the bed was the best thing about that experience. I now have three, my dogs love them. They’re so easy to wipe down, they don’t slide. My old arthritic dog gets up much more easily than he has from any other beds.
No hesitation on recommending anyone spend their money on them.

Really comfortable bed for my large old English sheep dog, which he loves.
The help and advice I was given was first class, this important as I had already returned several other beds that he refused to sleep on

It has been almost a year since I bought this bed from you and I have been meaning to send you a photo.

I hope you like this one - it really sums up just how comfortable he is on his bed. It’s loaded with his cool mat, sheepskins and toys, but the support he gets from the bed makes so much difference.

We have bought so many dog beds over the years trying to find the best. I think we have now found it!

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending you or buying from you again.

Wonderful experience with this company. Dru and the team went above and beyond to help me with a custom Folding Therapy Mat. Really happy with the mat. Found ‘Big Dog Bed Company’ via Google when searching for a custom bed for our boot room.

Dru was very helpful & quick responding to our queries. I received fabric samples within 24h and once the order was placed I received the bed within 5 weeks.

Very happy with the product so far and our latest edition loves it already. It’s early days so cannot comment on longevity yet but if it holds I’ll be ordering more items!

I bought a Therapy floor mat and I highly recommend the Big Dog Bed Company for these and more! It's a perfect mat for me and canine clients to sit and stand on. The company was also very helpful with my questions before I purchased it.

Good products, good service

Thank you Dru for expediting the shipment of the two medical protection covers for our beagle Freckles. As advised they have played a significant role in ensuring that he can not interfere with his tumour during his chemo treatment. Amazing bed, amazing service

I got in touch 5 weeks ago after my working cocker injured various ligaments - we thought at the time that we were heading for major surgery, and life was chaos. The calm professional advice given, and amazingly fast turnaround from the entire team to provide a comfortable place for my boy to recuperate helped make a very difficult period much more bearable for us all. We are now coming out of the acute phase, and he still chooses to sleep on his mattress. I am sorry that it has taken me so long to say thank you for all the help you gave us, and to explain what a difference it made. Thank you!!!!

Lovely product

Alba dried off really well in her new dogrobe and looked super cute whilst doing so.

Very comfortable, durable and easy to maintain

We have used these beds in both a therapeutic setting and for older dogs at home. Our mats are over five years old and really have stood the test of time with hundreds of dogs receiving treatments on them and many trying to play and dig on them!

I would highly recommend these as a great investment in to any home or therapy centre.

Excellent service, excellent product,

From start to finish dealing with BDBC has been a pleasure. Dru answered my questions professionally and with a clear passion for her product. Without any pressure, she helped me to chose the right bed for my arthritic dog. It arrived as stated. I put the bed down and expected my fussy mutt to take one look and sleep on the floor. He proved me wrong. He slept the night on the mattress and the next morning, for the first time in weeks my beautiful boy got up with me and raced down to the kitchen for breakfast with no sign of stiffness! THIS BED IS FANTASTIC! I cannot rate it highly enough!

The bed was an instant success

Maddie had her first night on her new bed last night and she was still asleep when I came through this morning ! So I would say she definitely approves! She was actually quite full of it when she got up for her breakfast so she must have had a good sleep. It was so great to see as she doesn’t usually take to a new bed so quickly.

Brilliant!

I was really excited to find out mats could be shipping abroad. I was fully prepared to drive to the UK to collect mats as, after experiencing them at a training day, I knew they were the mats for my business. Ridiculously comfortable, long wearing and non fatiguing to kneel on for long hours, I can't recommend them enough.

Bed extention bought to add to 6 year old bed

We recently bought a new bed to extend the one we bought in December 2014 as our girl Kyla has had puppies and we've kept one - Daisy, so they now have a bed 180cm long. The first bed has kept it's shape fantastically and Kyla loves it so there was no question of going anywhere else. Definitely recommend these beds.
